Match Report - 16 Mar 2024, RHP (Chelmsford) Sports & Social Club Club Friendly lost to Colchester

We have had a fabulous time at Colchester friendly match, 18 ends one shot on the first two ends.
Eventually the winning team was skippered by John Clark, with his team Evelyne, Birgit, and Sue Smith.
result our win 17/10.
Next skippered by Alby Evans....result lost 26/13.....with team Sue Corthine, Gerry Smith, Peter Saunders.
Next Skippered by Ian Drummond Lost 31/6..with team Caz Carter, Janet Clayton, Alan Clay.
Lastly..badly skippered by myself Colin Reynolds Lost 34/7 with team John Zeoch, Heather Barratt,Paul Clayton.
After the match we had a fabulous carvery meal, followed by profiter rolls, and icecream.
Jenny Macdonald the captain made us very much at home, with her husband Kevin. This was her to be her last Captaincy at Colchester, but will continue at Witham Bowls Club.
I wish to say thankyou to all that supported me today.
